Purchased a three year Squaretrade warranty on my son’s Toshiba Gigabeat. It always had a problem with charging and glitching. When I called to have it fixed, nearly 2 years later, I was told that they could no longer fix it and that I would be refunded my entire purchase price! WOW! I was very pleased, but my son loved that unit and was hoping they could repair it. But now he can find something else he likes and we are not out any money and I will be sure to purchase a Squaretrade warranty on the new one! I was also very pleased with the customer service rep. Top notch, fast and easy transaction the whole way!

I have had 2 claims with Square Trade and both were handled above and beyond my expectations. I have purchased 9 Square Trade warranties to date, and plan to buy more.
