When my used MP3 player/speaker purchased on eBay went on the blink, Square Trade refunded the price I paid fast – even sent me a paid shipping label. Reliable just like they said!

My IPOD would not link up with any softward. Apple 30 GB iPod Video AAC/MP3 Player White (5.5 Generation)It turned out that I had a pirated IPOD that Apple would not work with. Great service. They couldn’t fix it, so they refunded me the full purchase price. I buy all my warranties through Square Trade.
