I was very pleased with Square Trade. I had purchased a used Zune and it stopped working. With the warranty from Square Trade I got most of what I paid for it without any problems. My claim was processed quickly and efficiently. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone else.

Whenever we buy electronic items we buy warranties from Square Trade. Recently, we had to report a non-functioning item to them and my husband thought for sure we wouldn’t get any money back, but WOW, within days our Paypal account was refunded and we were really happy campers! Thanks Square Trade for keeping your promises better than politicians!!!

Square trade is invaluable, especially if you’re buying a refurbished ipod. With 5 ipod users in our family, we’ve gone through several of them. Square Trade delivers what they advertise – complete refunds in a matter of days. I wouldn’t buy a refurbished ipod without a Square Trade warranty.

I bought this warranty on a refurbished Ipod…well it wasn’t working properly I tried to use the on line form but it malfunctioned and so I called instead ….no rude questions, very friendly, within a matter of a week I had the money back….will definitely use again and tell all my friends.

I recently bought 2 refurbished Ipods and both encountered problems after only having them for a short time. I had purchased warranties on both from Squaretrade. I reported the problems, they E-mailed me prepaid packing slips, and I sent the MP3s in. I had my purchase price refunded in full within 2 weeks or less of starting the claim. I make a habit of buying warranties on most of my electronic equipment and ,my experience with Squaretrade is by far the best! They are also the cheapest! After this experience I can pretty much guarantee that I will be looking to SquareTrade for any future warranties before I look at a store or extended manufacturer’s warranty.
