I didn’t really end up needing this at all. it’s still in the package and was never opened. but it was delievered on time.

Do not buy this! It does not work. It didn’t even work once! Waste of money and time!

I had posted the below feedback before I received the product and finally I have received it and it works great. Extremely easy to use and loads up superb. Didn’t have any problems reading in my XP machine and the read speed is very fast. I would recommend this to others ,, its a great product and in this price perhaps the best .. I will leave my original post here, although some community members felt it was not the right place to complain about shipping issues, I understand that, but the shipping of this product is actually what is negative, other than that, it is a great product to buy and use.

Well I ordered this product and paid a shipping / handling fee of 3 dollars and its been over a week the package has still not been delivered. Its being shipped by DHL and they say its being tendered to USPS in Rutherford NJ (thats on the 8th of oct). The only sign thats posted on their website permanently is “Important Note: The U.S. Postal Service is experiencing difficulties with its system for distributing Delivery Confirmation data to mailers. As a result, our Web Portal currently does not contain this information for some shipments. We apologize for any inconvenience, but assure you we are actively working with the USPS to address this issue and expect a resolution shortly. In the meantime, you can click on the link (on the results page) to the USPS website provided in Web Track to find Delivery Confirmation data for a shipment.” . Its now 13th Oct and when I call DHL they say it takes 3 – 5 days to deliver a package (within a 32 mile distance) and when I try to take a corresponding confirmation from DHL about the parallel USPS tracking no, the lady at DHL simply hung up the phone. I have not received the package yet so I cannot really rate it, but I am extremely frustrated over this wait time when you are paying for the shipping and there is no track of where the package is. I understand its not EForcity’s fault but they must surely think of changing their shipping vendor.

The product description for this product states that it is compatible with Sony memory cards… that is NOT the case. Do not purchase if that is the format of your memory cards!
