I purchased this netbook after looking through a lot of reviews of the Aspire 1 D. In all reviews, the new battery life (6 cell battery) and the bluetooth connectivity were mentioned and lauded. In fact, the additional battery life mentioned is one of the primary reasons I bought the Aspire over any other netbook. However, the Aspire sold here has the OLD battery (3 cell battery). While this is mentioned in the technical specs, I never reviewed these as I felt after the reviews I’d read that I knew the specs. Also, the bluetooth connectivity does not come as standard, though I’m not so bothered by that. All in all, I’m happy with the Aspire One, in fact it’s easy to buy a larger battery (at extra expense). However, just not happy with the fact that Amazon are selling one that is not on a par with the ’standard’ one as mentioned in all the Aspire 1 D reviews on the web.

Just purchased the new acer D150 its brilliant. Great design compact and all you would need from a netbook. Having used it for a week now thinking of mothballing my laptop. Highly recommended.
