this thing works fabulously! i like being able to walk away from my computer and still hear the music on it. i also attach it to my speakers and listen to it in stereo.

Adding surround sound wirelessly. I enjoy watching movies and I use my i2i Streams to create a better sounding experience by attaching an i2i Stream to my TV and a few streams to powered speakers. No installation or cables needed. The range is 30+ feet so I can move the speakers around to improve sound quality. I use the streams when watching movies in my living room and in my bedroom. What’s good about the streams is I can take them anywhere, for example, on my business trips and vacations.

I bought this product with the hopes of sending the audio from my home theater system to my ear bud headphones so I don’t wake kids in middle of night when watching a movie. I had doubts that this wireless system would sound good but this product is awesome! I bought the two pack and plugged one I2I stream into the headphone out jack of my home theater system and pressed the transmit button. I then took the second I2I stream that came in package and plugged in my headphones and pressed the receive button and that was it! The quality of the sound was like I was connected with a wire from my ear buds to the theater system with no static at all and good range. We also can have my husband listen to the same movie using his big clunky headphones he likes by using a third I2I stream. All he had to do was select the same color channel as the I2I stream that is plugged into the home theater. We have the whole family listening to the same audio transmitting as long as each person has an I2I stream receiving on same color as the I2I that is transmiting. Very simple. There are color buttons that light up on the I2I that represent the audio transmit/receive channel. They blink when transmitting and stays solid color when receiving. There are 7 colors so you have seven channels. So if you are transmitting on color red and the whole family are also on red. . . then we all hear what is being transmitted! I found other uses for product. I have computer speakers that I plug into a I2I stream set on receive mode and I can then send the home theater sound wirelessly to the speakers anywhere in my house! I am going to buy a few more and connect other speakers around the house. You can be at the beach with a friend and sharing your MP3 music and it does not matter which kind of MP3 player you have as long as you have I2I streams. I am going to think of some more ways to send music wirelessly! !

This is a great iPod accessory! A very fun and easy way to share your music WIRELESSLY with friends. No more sharing ear buds. Just charge up the i2i and connect it between your iPod and your ear buds or headphones. The center button lights up and pressing it cycles it through several colors, each representing a broadcasting channel. You and your partner(s) press the center button until your units show the same color. Use the adjacent buttons to send or receive. Anyone in the group can send his music and the others can choose to receive it or not. Switching between sending and receiving is as easy as changing the color of the center button. You can also adjust the volume on the i2i so that your volume is not dependent on the sender’s volume. We use these when we are exercising since the wireless connection allows us to move freely and independently. The units are small, light, and work very well together. I give 4 stars only because they seem overpriced, although you get 2 units and lots of connectors in this package.

Perfect for my pupose
I have an iphone. Anyone who has an iphone knows that it’s annoying to run with a bulky phone on your arm.

Huge “sleeper” idea in consumer electronics!
The I2I concept only requires “discovery” by Steven Jobs to become the next mega “must have” for MILLIONS of children, teens, and young adults.

cool product
it’s small and easy to use. the product isn’t for one-to-one application. in fact, it can transmit audio to many receivers.
