Just recieved my unit in the mail. This is a used unit. Absolutely un-acceptable! Do not buy this because I am returning mine and they are going to charge you as though it was a new unit.

I have always had great experience buying from amazon. However, this time, I had very bad luck. The product arrived from factory direct with no receipt. This would not have been an issue if the product wasn’t defective. Unfortunately, I got a faulty humidifier that leaked all over my floor. I could not easily send it back, since I didn’t have a receipt. Very frustrating.

I bought this item from BB&B for my daughter who has asthma, after reading the box and seeing that the AOS 7135 eliminates mold spores and any air impurities I decided to invest the money. She has been running it in her bedroom for the last 10 days but has found that it has caused her lungs to become tighter and also it has dried out her nasal passages on a night, her little dog has also been very snuffily, she has been running at around 45 to 50. She is very dissappointed as she hoped that this would bring relief to her breathing and not distress. We are hoping that BB&B will refund the money paid so that we can buy an Oreck air purifier instead.

I ordered this product a month ago and still have not received it. I have been in communication with the seller, Factory Direct, once since I did not get the package yet. There has been no follow up since and I have tried to contact them to find out when I will get my humidifier. I hear this is a good product but it is not worth ordering from here. Get it elsewhere so you can actually have it and use it. Otherwise you will be charged and most likely not receive the product. I should have known because when I looked at seller reviews there were quite a few that had negative comments on the shipping.

I had one, and it worked fine for a few months. Then it stopped working. Thought it might have been a fluke, bought another one. That worked for a month.
Stay far, far away from this money waster.
