I purchased this battery from NewMP3Technology, and it exploded 10 minutes after its first use. As other reviewers have also written, there is no invoice in the box; therefore, the only way to know how to return the item is to contact NewMP3Technology. However, they will not answer your emails (I have done it multiple times in the past 10 days: no luck). I am also very disappointed by Amazon for letting these sellers on their site: bottom line, I am left with an exploded battery, and no idea how to receive a refund.

The battery was exactly as described and delivered promptly.
I would repeat this purchase without hesitation.

The product is very good. I have had it for about 2 weeks now and have not had any problems. It is not difficult to install.

Despite being brand spanking new, this battery has been a big disappointment. Fully charged, it powers my computer for 30 minutes at best, well below expectations.

The model I received does not represent the picture that is shown for this product it is a different company. It had less than an hour of battery life on it when received and my power cord did not recognize it for it to charge up. There was no invoice inside the box when I received it so I do not even have any idea of where to send it back too. Highly dissappointed with Amazon for letting this item to be placed on their site.
