Okay, I mean really. What can you say about wire?
First, this is unshielded speaker wire. If you are looking for sheilded speaker, this will not meet your needs.
The wire itself is finely stranded copper. The cabling has inner and outer insulation. The outer insulation is white while the inner insulation is color coded, red and black. You can strip the outer insulation using a 14-gauge stripper and the inner with a 16-gauge.
Included in the package are 8 color-coded (4 red and 4 black) terminal plugs that will work with most speaker connections; a simple straight plug. This is attached to the wire using a tiny set screw. You will need a miniature flat-blade screwdriver, about 5 mm, to turn the set-screw.
The wire itself did not retain the twists after I straightened it by pulling it through my hands a few times.
Overall, not too bad.
