I have a number of products that use regular USB to charge. In particular I wanted this for my Samsumg Omnia mobile phone. For whatever the reason, this won’t charge my phone. It lights up so I know it has power but the phone won’t charge.

I purchased this item so I could charge my iPhone 3GS and a Motorola Bluetooth ear piece simultaneously.
It appears to do this job fine.
My primary complaint is the Eye Piercing Blue LED. This LED should have been red. The blue LED is an annoyance when driving at night. (Google: Blue LEDs annoyance)
The product is manufactured in Communist China.

This does not charge my Palm Pre. It is well made, and I liked the size & look of it. Too bad I’ll need to return it.

It works with both iphone 3G and ipod classic. Just because I didnt wanted to take chance with my new iphone, I purchased the branded one, otherwise there are chargers available under 5 bucks.

A description of this product I found elsewhere touted charging your iPod/iPhone and powering your GPS at the same time. I bought this to charge my iPhone and power my Garmin Nuvi 200. Sadly, my Garmin thinks it’s connected to a computer when I plug it into this adapter, and it goes into that mode (i.e. useless for navigation). I plan on calling Belkin to see if they have any recommendations. Otherwise, this is now only a relatively expensive, basic, yet functional, iPhone charger, for me.
