The Bissell steam mop does a great job. The hot steam removes tough stains on floors. I would highly recommend it.

These new heads make the machine 100% better- and I loved it before.

Do not hesitate to replace the old cotton heads.

I have had my steamer for 1 year and use it every week. I needed replacement pads because of use and washing them. These replacements were exactly what came with the steamer and I will be using them shortly after the original ones are used for a little more.

I PURCHASED THE STEAM MOP AND THESE PADS FOR A FRIEND AND SHE SAYS THEY’RE GREAT. SHE WANTS ME TO ASK IF ANYONE HAS FOUND A WAY TO USE RAGS OR OLD TOWELS OR SOMETHING OTHER THAN THE REPLACEMENT PADS. WE’LL CHECK BACK HERE LATER. THANKS!

We purchased this steam mop and also purchased a Shark Steam Mop for a gift. Unfortunately we kept the Bissell. The Bissell leaves a lot of water on the floor and has to be cleaned up after use. On the other side, the Shark leaves the floor almost dry and does not have to be mopped up to remove excess water. We are not happy with the Bissell.
