I have a Dyson vacuum and it is a little hard, given its construction, to use the Bissell ShedAway. I think if I had a longer flexible hose the product would work better for me.

I share my home with two Lab Retrievers…shedding has definitely been a problem. Bissell has a solution. One might have difficulty if his dog suffers vacuum anxiety, but my guys love being groomed with this tool. Their coats look great, and my house is less hairy.

this product really does not work for our 130 lb german shepard. the suction does not work once the tool is attached. i found it much easier to use a good brush and hold the vac hose next to it to suck up the hair while i am brushing. total waste of money… does not work, though a great concept.

Yes, this items works. It is a little disappointing that it has no bristles to pass through our dog’s thick coat; I’m sure it would work even better if it could provide a more complete groom.

I was very skeptical at first about this product, however, a valued friend said it worked so I bought it. Wow! I was amazed, my dog who normally hates to be brushed loved it and so do I!
