The Bose SoundDock was delivered in a timely manner, in plenty of time to set up to listen to holiday music.

The Bose I-pod Docking Station was not delivered by UPS as they stated it was. I disputed the charge on my credit card and it was resolved. I ended up purchasing this item from Target after all. I have to wonder where the package ended up. In hindsight, I should have had it shipped to my business address.
I cannot rate this product here on this site since I never received it, but since the field is required, I only gave it one star.
Thank you for the follow up.

I haven’t actually heard it myself. I got it for my girlfriend as a gift, and she loves it. She said it sounds great and that she wants another one for the bedroom.

Beware all those who have the technical ability and desire to go wireless, the bose SoundDock is not your solution. You can spend $225 for a very good sounding music system exclusively for your Ipod. Or,spend $399 get the Bose “portable” SoundDock and go portable, carry it to the beach, pool, anywhere or join with AirTunes, I did and I’m thrilled.
