This is an excellent case for my Acer Aspire One and the required accessories. There’s ample padding for protection, and plenty of compartments and pockets for any additional items. The smaller design and vertical orientation make this bag easier to carry than a regular laptop bag. I would reccommend this bag to anyone with a netbook.

This bag fits my ASUS Eee PC 1000HE 10.1-Inch Black Netbook – 9.5 Hour Battery Life like a glove! Another review mentioned that including the power supply would make for a tight fit and it was right. However, for me the point of having a laptop with a long battery life was to avoid having to lug the power supply everywhere I go. (To be on the safe side, however, I purchased a second power supply, HQRP AC Adapter / Power Supply for ASUS Eee PC 900 900A 900HA 900HD 900SD 901 904HA 1000 1000H 1002HA 1000XP S101 Netbook / Subnotebook Replacement, to have one at home and one at my office.
The extra compartments are an added bonus. I’ll be using this as my carry-on for my next flight.
As for the lack of a keyring, my go-to solution is a Nite Ize SB234-03-01 S-Biner Black, 3-Pack and this is no exception!
All-in-all, a great netbook bag!

I wanted a bag that would double as a purse when needed so I wouldn’t have to lug two bags around. This fit the bill. It holds plenty of stuff. I have had my Zune, phone, external HD, Gateway N270 netbook, and the power cord all in there with no bulges. The power cord for the Gateway is bulky too. I did find that I had to put the cord in the same pocket as the computer, otherwise it would bulge.
The neck strap is adjustable, and while others didn’t like the odd angle, I thought it worked well for putting it diagonally across my body. Only complaint is that the neck strap is a bit rough. I’m wearing winter coats now, so not too noticable, but might chafe against bare skin.

I purchased three different sizes of these eSling bags and returned two. I purchased the small XNTM-1, the medium XNTM-3, and the large XNTM-4. My goal was to find a vertical style briefcase replacement that could carry a netbook, my point-n-shoot digital camera, a small video camera and an audio recorder. I like the vertical format of these bags, they hang better from the shoulder than a wider messenger bag or briefcase.
This medium sized version 3 carried my EEE PC Seashell netbook just fine, but the front compartment is very thin and did not give me enough room for my other gear. It could easily hold a cell phone or small notebook like a steno pad or other flat items. It can’t hold a copy of Travel & Leisure magazine. The magazine could just fit in the front slip in pocket that is secured with a magnetic closure. The larger XNTM-4 easily held all this and more.
My netbook fits perfectly but anything larger than appx 10×7x1.5 wouldn’t. I would also note that the protective padding in this version is pretty thin when compared to the XNTM-4 case.
For the price this is a pretty good netbook only bag. If your looking for a better constructed bag I would suggest the Tumi Alpha Travel Totes for between 150-200$. They don’t have the dedicated computer pocket, but the construction is rock solid.
Improvements I would suggest for all of these eSling bags would include better quailty zippers and if the back velcro pocket was replaced with a sleeve that would allow you to slip the bag over your luggage handle.

Bought this bag for my ASUS EEE PC 1000. Overall it’s a great bag for travel.
Pros:
-Like its vertical design, light weight.
-Easily fits power adapter, and other small gadgets like cellphone, ipod, mobile harddrive.
-3 outside pockets, one with velcro closure, one with magnet, and one with zipper.
-The strap looks a bit weird but it works.
Cons:
-Won’t fit if you put the netbook in the sleeve that came with ASUS. Without the sleeve it’s a perfect fit.
-The main compartment could use more padding and smoother interior material if it’s meant for a netbook without using a sleeve.
