Husband and I purchased this because of Divx, USB, additional features. After a week, we’ve decided to return it (luckily amazon makes the return process so easy). Here are the problems we’ve had in our week of ownership: (1) after hitting pause, the audio becomes out of sync with the picture; (2) for no apparent reason and without consistency, DVD picture starts to “jump” in a staccato fashion instead of playing smoothly. It will just happen in the middle of a DVD. Initially we thought maybe the DVDs were scratched, not clean, etc. but then we realized a DVD would play fine one day and the very next day that same DVD, in the same place, would start the “jumping”. USB seems to work fine, but too much $$ when actual DVDs don’t play on a DVD player.

This is a very great product at a reasonable price. I was looking for a dvd player that played divx files and this dvd player does not disappoint. It reads from usb flash drives as well as from SD cards. I also wasn’t aware that it had a hdmi output so I was really impressed. So if you’re in the market for a divx player I suggest you get this one. My only complaint would be the dvd player itself looks cheaply made and seems easily breakable.

This is a good dvd upscaler for the price. I’ve had this product for about a month now and haven’t had any issues with it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the dvd tray. It is designed so that you have to remove it by placing your finger into the hole of the dvd. It’s really no biggie, just have to be careful when removing so that you do not drop it back down on the tray.

This is a surprisingly good DVD player. It plays both pre-recorded and home DVDs very well. Picture quality is very good.
Features that I couldn’t find on much more expensive players—like USB and SD readers—these save a LOT of time and effort.
Well worth the money!
