   I have waited 2 weeks for a response to my problem but it doesn’t look like databazaar is going to fix the situation.

   The ink cartridge I requested does not print properly. When printing a page of text, there will usually be around 5-7 lines that are printed lighter than the rest. I have performed all the calibrations and tests that I can think of. For my own purposes its fine and still readable but its unacceptable for any official purpose such as papers.

   Minus 2 stars for the poor quality product and minus another 2 for zero support.

   Ordered this for my mother’s HP Deskjet because the price was good with free delivery. Arrived very quickly, installed with no problems, quality was fine. Would definitely repeat the purchase next time I need ink.

   I have given these guys the benefit of the doubt a couple of times now. But it always seems to happen on a deadline, late night or early morning, and I’m having to switch out an ink cartridge and one of theirs just will not work properly. This is bad enough, but then I have to find myself at Wal-Mart (yak!), since they are the only place open in these wee hours, so that I can meet the deadline. I’m not saving enough money here to go through that anymore. And the leaking yellow ink all over my shirt was a just another drop in the bucket… No pun intended. If anyone has another refilled cartridge supplier they can recommend, I’m all ears. But I’m going new-style until further notice. Sorry guys.
