I received the Kit in the time frames specified. Since I ordered it it seems the price has gone up about $10. Installed the Dimms and have had no problems. Good deal on cheap memory.

What can you say about a RAM upgrade?
I just made sure this would fit my Dell XPS410 (two years old, had 2GB RAM and could add 2GB more) before ordering. 240 pin and all those kinds of details.
Ordered with no problems, received RAM in good order.
Carefully slotted into my motherboard’s other two slots and now my computer is maxed out. It’s not a miraculous difference, but the speed in opening memory-hog programs like Photoshop Elements 7 is noticeably faster. (But I LOVE Elements, it’s just a slow starter.)
Plus, when booting up the computer from off, the computer gets through the whole process about 30 seconds faster than before. Not a huge difference, but I’ll take it, especially for 26 bucks.
Overall, very pleased with Amazon’s price, the Crucial RAM and it’s positive but modest speed improvements on this desktop computer.
