I have the CPU and motherboard noted it the products description. After installing I just received a constant stream of error messages. After removing the board the problems were gone. I tried to reinstall it several times after removing software that seemed to have problem with the card, and new errors would pop up.

I bought this product for my son who is hard to buy for.
He told me it worked fine and is happy with it.
I used the wish lists a lot this year, the only thing I noticed is that some times when an item is purchased that the system did not always clear it from the list. We only had one occasion where an item was purchased twice because it remained on the list after being purchased on Amazon.com.

This is my first Crucial purchase. They gave great customer support to ensure I bought the right memory. I needed to be sure because 2 other brands were unreliable, even though I bought the same type. This memory worked perfectly. They also make a lot of memory in the US. Unfortunately, this DDR400 came from Korea.
