The speakers work very well. I especially like the handy volume and shut off control.

What can I say the unit is good. Easy to use, just plug in. The display is easy to use and informative. Great to back up a cable modem and router and wireless phone. I do not think a computer and monitor would last long on this unit, buy the bigger one if that is your need.

This is the third CP UPS that I have bought, and the largest. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is that I don’t know how long it will last. The first one I got is a combo surge protector and UPS. The UPS function lasted about 3 years or so. I have mixed emotions about that. I don’t know if this is good or bad, but I would have been happier if it had lasted much longer. The latest one I got has a lot more bells and whistles on it (and cost more). Time will tell if I like it.
With out a doubt, this unit will pay for itself.

I have several different CyberPower units and I’ve been very happy with them so far. They are every bit as good as APC (which seems to be considered the standard when it comes to UPS) but at a lower cost. Some models actually offer more features than a comparable APC unit. Other reviews here do a good job reviewing this unit in detail, so I won’t repeat what’s already been said. One thing I do want to add though that I haven’t seen mentioned yet, and to me it’s the only downside of this unit, is that the RJ45 pass-through port is not a Gigabit port. My entire network is a Gbit network, and using the CyberPower’s RJ45 protection would cap my transfers at 100Mbps. But to be honest, I don’t know of any UPS in this price range to support Gbit pass-through (not yet anyways), so it’s not just CyberPower.

After researching several UPS brands and products, I found this CyberPower UPS to be just the right quality for just the right price. The form factor, display and power output fit all my needs. I am running a NAS, router, DSL modem, and two computers ( 1 Single 2.6GHz and 1 Quad 2.3 GHz) and single LCD display comfortably with this product. The only negative is that the power button is a bit loose to the touch, but after looking at it, I don’t find it to be a problem.
