I bought this system for around the campfire. It had to be loud enough to hear, but I do not like to disturb the neighbors, so didn’t need much. Everyone in our party was amazed at the sound from these small speakers. It became very popular over the weekend with friends and neighbors. Everyone had music to play, since it hooked up to all our portable devices, cd, cassette, ipod, clip. It sure stimulated conversation. I can not speak for durability, yet, but pleasantly surprised, so far.

I was really amazed at the sound of these little speakers. Especially when you consider the price! Not Bose quality, but definitely not Bose price!

These little speakers are great! I got them around Christmas and have listened to my mp3 player on them everyday since. The sound is pretty impressive for how small they are and it gets pretty loud. Plus, they are so incredibly foldable for travel! I love these speakers

I used these with my zen x-fi and they were barely better than it’s built in speakers. I didn’t expect much, but they were so cheap I figured I’d give them a shot.
Turning up the volume all the way just made it too distorted, and it still doesn’t go get very loud.
If you need speakers that will fill a room these are not for you, if you are looking for cheap speakers to share music with people very close by, I suppose they’re fine for the price.

I received the speakers by dreambargain for $15. It provided good sound until the volume goes above 50%, then its distorted from there. I suggest putting a little more money into your selection and invest in a nice set of speakers. For this, you almost barely get what you paid for, in my opinion…
