My suggestion: Spend a little bit more money and get a good product like IBM, HP, or something else.

Dell sells computers with the promise that they will fix it if something goes wrong. Well, that’s the key word, something is always wrong with dell computers, and wehn you need technical support you end up talking to someone in India after waiting on the phone for 4 long hours and never get your problem solved. furthermore, they people from customer support are mean and fdont have any respect for you, after you buy the PC or any other product, so be careful and think about it before you buy this computer or any prduct from Dell.

From the start the fan would speed up and down like a jet engine in takeoff. Then the motherboard went off and died altogether. I’m avoiding Dell from now on.

I just don’t understand why I have to pay California tax on a online purchase outside of the state. First, let me say I have purchased 3 computers from Dell before. I have NOT pay any tax on those computers and that’s the thing I like about it. $2000 to $3000 computer save me a lot on the tax. If I have to pay tax, I am going to buy it from a local store. In a case where there is a problem, I can just bring it back to the store.
