I’ve had a Dell Inspiron for a little over a year, and it’s been a constant problem. Multiple home visits to replace parts, technicians that have come to fix the machine and end up breaking it; calls to Indian customer service that route me to non-working telephone numbers; any requests to talk to a manager result in being cut-off. The machine has been down for probably a month in the past 12 months. An incredibly poor level of support and hardware.

I purchased this laptop for home use mostly media. I wanted to get my personal info off of my work laptop. For media and home use it has worked great. I have had a small glitch in that the operating system is too new to operate an interface program I wanted to install, but I am sure with time I can work it out.
