Don’t buy a Dell unless you want to talk to an Indian customer service call center where all they are trained to do is say is: “No! No! No!”, they are rude and talk over you, and finally disconnect the call. Don’t buy Dell! I will never make that mistake again. This company will not survive- sell the stock if you have any!

I bougth it for my mother and she’s in love with this tiny red lap top… is really confortable to move around.

I like it very much. The only weak point it has are the loudspeakers.
The product is what I expected because it is going to be used mainly for internet usage.

If you are a busy mama such as myself, hauling round a baby and caring for other children and you want something small and lightweight, then yes, a notebook laptop, this one in particular where the screen is only a tad smaller than a normal laptop, this size will work for you. But be for warned this notebook does not come with a cd/drive rom, which isnt a huge, deal. You can buy an external rom for [...] bucks, still making the whole package afforable, even throwing in a wireless mouse.
My gripe with this pc, is the company behind the pc as well as the workings of this unit. I’ve had this unit since april of 2009, and first the unit wouldn’t boot up, sent it off to dell and they said it was the battery, they sent the unit back to me with the old bad battery, because they didnt have my battery in stock. Well no big deal they sent me another one, wanting me to send the bad battery back. But wait in the time they sent my pc back to me there has not be one once of problem with the old battery. Misdiagnoses?? perhaps, sure looks that way. Now here in august my number keys stop work, all except the 5 and 6, a guy from india trys to tell me how to fix the problem by taking my pc apart and seeing if i can disconnect and reconnect the keyboard. Word of advice, DON”T DO IT, unless you know what the heck your doing!!! You’ll waste your time,energy as well as sanity. Now please don’t think of me as a pregious mama, i really am not, i don’t see the color in people. In dealing with these situations i tried to calmly explain my problem to the folks at dell, all men and all who barely spoke english. My frustration levels skyrocketed as i could not get any answers as to why they were replacing my mouthboard as the reason my number keys were not working, and why one earth am i being charged over [...] bucks for a laptop that is practically brand new.
After talking to, i don’t know how many departments, all who could barely speak english and didn’t seem to understand my frustrations or being upset over these riduculous charges, they finally tell me that there was liquid on the pc and keyboard, and thats why they thought the motherboard needed to be replaced. NOW wait i sent this in their prepaid special box at no point in time has liquid EVER been spilled on my pc and i know dern well i shipped a dry computer. This is total BS, so now im out 216 dollars or have a useless pc sent back to me. And after 2 weeks, 78 dollars of that 216 paid for shipping, i STILL have don’t have my laptop back in my possession. Oh and for those who are wondering yes the pc is still under TWO count them two warranties,but the so called damages that were caused to his unit being my fault were not covered. Would i ever buy another dell product, lean your ear out the window and you will hear a resounding HECK NOOOOOOOOO!!! You’ve heard it before and you will hear it again, it is HIGH TIME we get some decent product not only sold in AMERICA but MADE IN AMERICA, fixed?? where??? IN AMERICAN by whom americans that not only can speak english but understand it to the core of a persons being as well. GRRRRRRRRR
