Although of cheap construction, the chargers and case work great and the price is right. Note that probably any USB charger should work for your Sansa Clip, so if you have multiple devices, you might want to buy a higher-quality set of chargers.

Here are a few comments about the Sansa clip Wall charger and silicone case:
Wall charger: The wall charger is very efficient and charges the player quickly. It is about as tall and wide as the player, and about twice as thick. The cord is 42 inches long. It doesn’t weigh very much.
Car charger: The car charger is much larger thn the wall charger.
Chargers in general: Both chargers have a standard mini-usb cord, so you can use them for other electronics besides your sansa clip.
Case: The silicone case is a very pretty blue that covers my black player nicely. Putting it on is a bit wiggly, but not too difficult. The black player doesn’t change the color blue much, but does make it a bit darker. The case adds 0.2 ounces of weight to the player.
UPDATE: after having this for about a month, the wall charger broke. When I pulled it out of my sansa, part stayed in. The part came out okay, and when I put it back in the charger still worked, but it broke the sansa. Be careful with mini-usbs.

This is a bargain price for two chargers (plus cover). While marketed for the Sansa Clip, there is no mention of Sansa (or any other manuf) on the delivered parts. The parts are marked ‘MOT V3′ and supplied without documentation.
My main concern is whether the car charger is properly mated to the Sansa Clip. The Sansa Clip is designed to be recharged from a USB port, which outputs 5V (4.75V to 5.25V). I have no concern about the wall charger, which is marked 5V (500 ma) and works fine. However, the car charger is marked with a label with numbers 1 to 12 in a circle and next to ‘7′ is a dot. Best guess is that this means the car regulator output voltage is set to 7V. (I have not attempted to confirm this, because I would need to chop up a mini-USB cable to get a voltmeter in.)
So with some trepidation I plugged my new Sansa 4 gbyte clip into the car regulator. Well it didn’t blow up and for the few minutes I ran it it appeared to work OK. But I remain concerned that the car regualtor voltage may be too high for the Sansa Clip and may be shortening its life.
The Sansa Clip cover, which is described as fitting “perfectly”, is not perfect. It’s usable, but if you want to use the recorder, you need to cut a small hole in the cover because the microphone hole in the cover is in the wrong place.

(update) I have been using this car charger with my 4 gbyte Sansa for a year now without a problem.
