No problem with the product, but order it instead from B&H or some place else. USPS states that Amazon shipped this product ‘bound printed material’ rate, first of all it doesn’t qualify for that rate, is the very slowest the USPS offers. CS at Amazon said that it was because I choose to use their Super Saver shipping. Okay, it shows it shipped a week ago from a town 75 minutes away from me and I still didn’t have it. Amazon, never again.

Bought this with the printer. Found that Dymo does not have a 64 bit driver for vista yet (been waiting for months now). I use this with my laptop instead of my main pc. Also the cost for the quaility is a little expensive too.

My experience with the DYMO DiskPainter was POOR at best and one of the short comings is that the system does not have black ink. I did not open the spare cartridge, I returned it to Amazon along with the DiskPainter for a refund. Unless DYMO gets their act together and include a black ink, I cannot and will not recommend this unit including the cartridge.

Works pretty well, and the quality is good also.
MAJOR FLAW!!
No 64bit support. At all. In this age when nearly every processor can run 64 bit OS, Vista 64bit, soon Windows 7…to not have 64 bit support is a major killer.

Ink works as you would expect;but the DYMO printer does not work well my Apple computers; only a PC.
