Amazon’s Ink and Toner Finder came up wrong TWICE for my printer! If I could give negative stars, I would. PLEASE double check before you purchase!! These items are NOT compatible with thw Epson WorkForce 600! Don’t buy this Epson printer. The color inks are easily gone by printing less than 2 color pages only. I am mad because I spent 4x the money than my old HP printer. It’s a RIP OFF.

This is a nice printer. Prints quickly. Nice CD/DVD printing.
THE INK IS FAR TOO EXPENSIVE CONSIDERING THE AMOUNT OF INK IT SUCKS UP.
This printer was purchased to replace an Epson R300.
However, the R300 is going to continue to be used for most work because this Artisan 800 uses sickening amounts of ink.
It’s really hard to believe that the engineering and marketing types at Epson who think up these products would actually go this far.
This whole business of paying high such high prices for literally a few ounces of ink is outrageous.
The R300 ink is just about as costly, BUT THE INKS LASTED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.
So although you cringed when buying the inks, you still seemed to get some reasonable length of use.
THE ARTISAN 800 BLOWS ANY REASONABLE COST OF OWNERSHIP RIGHT OUT OF THE WATER.
I feel ripped off. Instead of getting a useful piece of gear, I got a suction hose connected directly to my wallet.
I have spent a lot of my hard earned cash on this POS.

The Epson 99 inks are great for giving good quality prints, better than my 2600 series HP printer. The ink useage rate is outrageous, especially for the light majenta and yellow. Seems to be about twice the cost for ink as my HP printer. Better buy extras as if you run out of one color you are done until it is replaced.

Everything I want in a transaction. Great price and speedy delivery. I just had twins, so I was able to get it delivered to my door faster than I could schedule going out to a store and picking some ink up.
