I expected the ink cartridge to be all the colors and it didn’t have the black, so I had to go find one of with those. I won’t order from Amazon again. I understood the date they gave to be the delivery date and it was the shipment date, which was more than a week from when I ordered it. Then I still had to wait another week before it came. The ink is name brand and good, but it took too long to get to me, then I still had to find another part.

When I searched Amazon for the the ink I need for my Epson Stylus C120 I did a search for “Epson Ink 69.” I found the ink and placed the order, but when I received the ink it was the wrong ink (TO60520 instead of TO69520) Now I have no way of knowing how the error happened because by the time I discovered the error it was to late to go back into my browsing history to see the page that I was looking at. I remember ordering the 69 series ink, but all the receipts say TO60520 was ordered. So, I have to assume I made the mistake … but I just don’t know how … ?!?!?!?

I print out a lot of greeting cards on my Epson CX4800 and the colors always turn out nice and bright but not too bright. I tried the no-name brand “refills” and the quality is awful! I only spend about $85 a year on the colored ink, including the black. Most printers will not work if even one colored cartridge is empty and Epsons are also like that. Don’t know why if you’re only printing black but I guess some of the colored ink is used with the black. Anyway, great product. Delivery by Amazon was very fast using standard shipping.

Just a comment that I saved over $20 buying this ink from Amazon. I used to purchase inks at Staples, but from now on will order it here as the pricing is so much more affordable, especially when it’s offered with free shipping!

It seems like we need more ink more than we’d like. I’ve always thought the prices were ridiculous, but it is what it is. I will say that I’ve looked around and amazon has the best price unless maybe you get it from Sam’s – which now no longer carries this ink (at least in my region). So here we are.
