When I got this order it came right on time.
The problem was it was mislabeled at the factory as it didn’t/wouldn’t go on my Epson R380 and it was returned for a full refund. It was credited to my account. (The read out on my printer said it was an incompatible ink.)
Thank you

Replacing empty ink cartridges with a generic brand can result in print problems and quality, which is why I prefer to use the printer manufacturer’s inks. This cartridge pack supplied looks like a great deal until you begin to load them into your printer. Got them all loaded and ready to go? Uh….. wait, there seems to be one missing from the pack, the black cartridge (the one you use probably the most of all). The reason I purchased this ink cartridge pack was because I was OUT of black ink. I thought I was getting a fresh start on my printing projects again only to realize I still had to buy black ink. Had I known this I probably would not have bought this product. I could have just purchased the back locally and not had to put my projects off until the package arrived.
So, beware of exactly what you’re getting when you buy an Epson cartridge combo pack.

Ordered this product when I used my last tanks in, so that I was ready for
replacing them when they emptied. It took about 5 weeks for the first of the tanks to empty, went to my new supply and took out the two tanks that were needed and replaced them from the fresh pack. Much to my surprise my printer stated that the tanks were not recognized and could not be charged. I tried every trick that I ever learned about changing tanks and none of them worked.
I had this product over 30 days so could not return it to amazon. I called the Epson company and chatted with an eager fellow from India who walked me through all the same checks that I had done earlier and then stated that the tanks were defective. He stated that they would replace only the two that I had tried to use, since the others in the pack were perhaps not defective. It took several days for the new ones to arrive so I had to go to a local store to buy replacements so that I could finish my project.
Now two more are not working from the original pack and I have to go buy locally to finish the job that I am doing and then call the company to
replace these. They should have replaced the whole box and saved me all of this aggravation.
Will buy a different copier if this keeps up, can’t afford to buy brand name only to get stuck.

I am now using my fourth Epson printer. I like the way the ink dries so quickly. What can I say? I have never had difficulty with Epson ink. I have another printer that tells you to let the ink dry overnight. I rarely use it anymore.

Arrived quickly from Amazon, but like a previous reviewer, one of the cartridges was not recognized/defective. Epson support will replace the individual cartridge but I will have to wait another week and the printer will not work until it arrives.
