We purchased the Hepa filter when we purchased the Mighty Mite commercial vacuum. The filter was shipped separately by GoVacuum but it arrived when expected. I later ordered two more just to have on hand (change is supposed to be appx. 6 months depending on environment). They were here within two days. I would definitely order from this company again.
