Bought this last December so I can hook up my monitor and my samsung HDTV. It was good when it was working but in less than 3 months, the fan was very noisy. I unhooked the power cable of the fan and the noise disappeared but at the end it stopped working. So I’m staying away from video cards with fans because it’s just another thing that can break down.

The card was bad. I spent hours on the phone with tech support. They were very knowledgeable and tried to help. No matter how hard one tries, sometimes a bad product gets out. I would give them another try.

It would be unfair for me to rate the performance of this item as I ordered the wrong part for my computer and had to return it and get the right one. I am able to rate the speed in which it came and also the return process. Both were exceptional. It came three days before I was expecting it and the return process was quick and painless.

This card is good for those pcs which have low PSU.
But I recommend a 512 mb ddr3 256 bit card which have same price if you have a 450 W PSU or better.
