There’s a reason why its cheap
When i received it, a put it in, attached my ipod and pressed play. Nothing but low quality sounds came out, the kind of sounds you get when you turn the music up too loud and the…

I purchased 2 FreeLogix adaptors: both my wife’s and mine needed replacing at the same time. Neither FreeLogix adaptor worked – I tried them both on 5 cars at the office. The mechanism just jammed (even when winding with a finger or pencil), so the cassette player just kept turning over and over. I unscrewed the cassettes and removed the turning mechanism, so they then worked. BUT the sound quality is very poor – booming and full of bass with no treble. It’s like listening with your ears full of water. The previous adaptors that we used sounded much better (both different makes), but the sound kept cutting out due to wear and tear on the cable.

i might have a faulty one as it works ok until auto reverse comes in then it sticks and will not restart without ejecting and reloading many times. paid a little bit more and got one that worked ok.

Dissappointment!
I have bought this product recently, and wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. The sound quality is poor, and unbearable if the song has a bit of extra bass and in general there is a…

Looked at this product and thought it looked ok read a few reviews and seemed to be good! Cheap and cheerful. When I received it tried to play it in my car and was ok for about 5 mins and then turned its self over. It kept doing this every five mins. This is very annoying after a while. I then tried it in my tape player back home it did the same thing. This product works but just not very well. My advice is go for a more expensive one and you will have a better experience. The saying is true. . . . you get what you pay for!

Be Careful!!
I think the sound quality is pretty decent for only 2 pounds, I’m sure there’s better though.
I too thought I’d take the cogs out as they create a bit of a noise,…

Pretty good, saved me money buying a cd player and the sound quality is exellent, i opened mine up and took the cogs out to make it quieter and still works fine.
