I cancelled this order because you could not ship to France. Please make sure I have been credited for this charge.
Thank you,

I own a Nuvi 200 and bought the Europe map for a trip to Portugal. The map was there and complete but I could never get my Nuvi to locate a satellite so I could use the maps. It was far easier for me to get a local tourist map than try and manually use my Nuvi. Sorry I spent the money…

This chip arrived quickly and packaged very nicely in a hard case. I inserted it in my Garmin and set the unit for US and Europe before I left; when I got to Belgium the chip tok a few minutes to find satellites and then worked perfectly. I think I would still be driving the crazy one-way twisty streets of Ghent if I didn’t have this EU chip. A great price, too!

I purchased this card for my trip to Europe only to find that it was inaccurate and did not work with the nuvi 500. total waste of money and could not get a refund because we did not come home for 2 months. You will get lost in Europe with this card.

As a set of maps, this product fine.
But, when I plugged this card into my Garmin Nuvi 660, it seemed to run much slower, and the battery life dropped from 3-4 hours to about 15 minutes. This was a real problem, since I was trying to use it in pedestrian mode. So I just used conventional paper maps for about 95% of my trip. For my purposes, this card was a waste of $100.
This problem is not an issue with the map card product per se, but you should be aware that you may not experience the usual level of GPS performance when you have a card plugged into your Garmin. This doesn’t make much sense, since I suspect that the internal maps are also stored in flash memory just like the card’s. But it is what I experienced. Other Garmin models might behave better than the 660.
