This is a great product I am liking it so far. It comes installed on a microSD card and has both a mini and full size adaptor included. I rate it a four and a half stars because the card is only 2GB, which leaves you with only 700MB of storage space for waypoints and other GPS related things and music, pictures and what ever else you want to put on your phone. I first bought this to use with my BlackJack 2. I had been looking around to see how to use the GPS in it without having to pay ATT $10 just for navigator and then another $30 a month for data. Needless to say it didn’t work, it kept asking for an eight digit unlock code. I didn’t want to install a hack to get the GPS to work since based on peoples review it barely worked 50% of the time. I contacted support and the first thing they asked was if I was using a Windows Mobile cell with 6.1 that also had a keypad. I said yes and then they told me: “Thank you for contacting Garmin International. I’m sorry, but some Windows Mobile 6.1 devices have had some driver signing issues that make it incompatible with the latest release of Garmin Mobile XT for Windows Mobile. To get around this, we will need to revert your software to 5.00.00.” I never did install the patch cause I knew that I was going to be getting a new phone soon and I did not want to downgrade then not be able to upgrade back for the new phone. So now, a month later I have a Nokia N97 and it NEVER asked for a product key as it does not have one. When I first installed it, it told me it was incompatible but I installed it anyway and it worked. I think that is because the Symbial on the nokia is the newest 5th edition. Have not had a real chance to get down and dirty with it, but I do like it. It is 2009, the end of it anyway, so the streets showed up in the right places, even in an area where they had recently just redid everything. I did notice that it was not showing some of the smaller street names even though I had zoomed in (again I have not extensivly went threw the options yet). So, unless you have a touchscreen per support it will not work, though I am leaning more towards the fact that the phone was locked then anything else. How else are they going to get me to pay that $40 a month to use a feature that comes with the phone.
