we purchased a touch computer and the way it was shipped was awlful …when ups got here the box was rip smashed and opened..i said something to the guy and his repliy was sent it back if something is wrong with it…that not the point i got this for a gift now we have to open it and make sure it works…all that was in the box was four balls of paper…and the computer ..in turn the box was smashed on the side that had nothing. This is wrong when shipping something that cost so much should be handled different. Now i either take chance and give it to her or open and run it to make sure it works and give her a open gift. If it is broke we have to take the time and wait and hope is does not happen again…was it worth the $400.00 in savings…..NO

Overall, excellent experience with this PC.
This computer is fast and is working well. I have no issues whatsover. I got it for personal multimedia use in our living room.
Touchscreen is working okay, but it’s too foreign for me to change my habits.
Amazon’s packaging was a little flimsy, but Gateway’s box was packaged extremely well.
Lovin’ it!

I received my shipment as scheduled of the Gateway ZX6800. I was totally surprise at the box in which it was received. I told the UPS worker to waita minute I can check the content. I took pictures in case I needed to take this to legal. I could actually see the entire content and touch the Gateway box with out removing the tape on either end. It was AWFUL!!! It was terrible!!! It was Shameful….that this was not packed or shipped in such a manner that the content was espoused. I really though the Gateway Box would be empty with no computer inside because that is how poorly the outside box was damaged. I immediately looked for a POC at Amazon for this item to be return…. But….When I pulled the Gateway box outside the shipping box (without opening it at all) I was surprise that the Gateway box still looked a great condition… Surprisely, nothing inside the Gateway box were damaged to the naked eyes. The System turned on like it was supposed to and the contents were all there. Gateway did have the All in One Computer packed tightly…. They All in One PC itself is AWESOME. The screen is beautiful. They even included a red cloth to used for keeping the screen clean. There is very little documentation in the box. I am still tweaking things the way I want; but out of the box it worked well. I am still inspecting as I go because I keep thinking how poorly this precious gem was packed and or shipped. Shame on somebody…
So if I didn’t rate the shipping I would give the total system a 5… but I want all to know watch the shipping… so I had to rate accordingly…. There is a shipping problem!!

I really love this pc. The 23″ screen is bright and crisp, the touch screen works very well. The wireless keyboard and mouse are sleek. The built in web cam quality is amazing. The “you-cam” software is fun. Since I don’t read instruction, I ran into one little thing that others may find. Inside the mouse is a little receiver which must be removed and plugged into a free USB slot on the PC in order for the mouse to work. It took me a while to discover this. MY BAD. Anyway, it runs fast and the 23″ screen is large enough to have several windows open. My favorite thing is the fact that there is only one wire coming out of the back of the computer; the power cord. Aside from that, it’s completely wireless. I bought this for my sister and now have ordered 2 more, one for me and one for my dad.

Bought the Gateway One (64 bit) for my wife. The computer was simple to set up and easy to use. It handled large report files much faster than my Pentium 4 3 MHz Sony Vaio (32 bit). Recommend highly and I am planning to buy a second machine for myself, probably the ZX6820-01.
