This product worked very well for the first couple of months. Then, all of a sudden, it wasn’t producing the steam/hydration it was producing. Then I noticed the tank needed some cleaning, so I cleaned it with the little brush and some fresh water. During the cleaning, specks of something black on the metal piece in the bottom of the tank began coming off and that made it all much worse. Anyway, this has proven to be not worth the money for me. $50 for 3 good months of use is far too expensive.

The product description is great. I wish it worked that way for atleast 1year.
After about 1month of use the humidifier stopped working. Went through the product manual and tried all recommendation without any success.
Left VM to GermGuardian Customer service, they have not returned the call.

small, silent and effective.
does its job. so small you can put it anywhere.
holds water for about 12 hours.
great value.

The unit works well for my 8×10 cubical at work but it is very loud! I am going to return it.
