The pads get soggy very quickly. The unit leaks water. You are better off with an old fashioned mop and bucket.

Love the way the mop manouvers, but leaves streaks and a film on the hardwood and vinyl floors. Was using tap water and thought this might be the problem, switched to distilled water and no difference. The only way I could get the streaks removed was to get on my hands and knees and remop the whole floor with vinegar and water. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong?!

The concept is great but this product broke and would not emit steam after we had only had it a short time. While it worked, I liked it very much but all of a sudden it just stopped working. So I had a mop without the steam. Great.

It’s an ok product It would be better but the pads keep falling off. I followed the directions on putting them on and make sure the string is tight but they still keep falling off so I find myself getting very frustrated with a product I would like a lot more if it weren’t for that. It steams well enough and doesn’t leave that much water on the floor but having to frequently stop to put the pad back on gets in the way of its ease of use!
