The ease of getting a cup of coffee couldn’t be better than with the brewstations. I have used them for years now and will continue.

This is my second Brewstation. I am very happy with this product. It brews a great cup of coffee. And this model has some extra features my first one did not. I am able to set the brew strength for 1 to 4 cups or up to 12 cups. I also can set the keep warm selector for 1,2,or 3 hours, thats a great feature because on work days I only need a one hour keep warm, and if I forget to turn the pot off before I leave, within minutes the pot shuts off automatically.
I would say if your looking for a decent coffee maker, look no farther. This one is great.

Make sure you have a few paper towels and a mop handy. The stream of coffee shoots out right on the edge of the cup. If you don’t have just the right angle on it, you are going to be cleaing up a huge mess. Or in my case this morning you are going to be changing your work clothes with 5 minutes to spare because the peice of crap dribblied down the mug, all over the counter and subsequently all over my nice work slacks. I hate this thing more than words can describe. If it did not belong to my lovely girlfriend, I would take enormous pleasure smashing it to peices with a sledge hammer. I would like to meet the designer so I can send him the bill for a couple of dry cleanings as well.

Add one more to the list of customers who have serious issues with the design of this product. Unless you enjoy drinking your morning coffee out of a juice glass, Dixie cup, or something with a similarly thin rim, you can expect to have a serious pool of coffee on whatever surface this thing sits on as soon as you start dispensin’. And if you are the on-the-go type who enjoys coffee out of a travel mug? Bwaaaahahaha: forget it. A shame, really, because in every other respect this is a pretty nice unit.
If you are like me (God help you), you may be inclined to read all these reviews and say “Sounds bad, but I’m sure we can work around this issue.” Trust me, you can’t. The design problems with this product are serious enough that my wife and I are willing to eat the cost of this thing and replace it–and we ain’t the Rockefellers.

My husband and I are BIG coffee drinkers and we’ve been through SO many coffee makers! Words can’t express how we feel about the Hamilton Beach Coffee Station! It took a little getting used to since we’ve always used multiple brands with the glass pots but we ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS MACHINE! We use a lot less coffee in the process too which saves a load of $!
We didn’t buy this product from Amazon but sure wish we would have… GREAT PRICE! Ours was 80.00 at Meijer which was well worth it I might add!
Thank you, Hamilton Beach! No more Bunn, Cuisinart or Kitchen Aid for us… YUK!
