Versatility because it’s a blender that’s perfect for making drinks for a crowd and then it’s a personal blender that lets you customize and blend two different drinks at once. Power because it doubles up with two sets of blades and two motors for a variety of blending and serving options. I ordered this as a gift from Amazon for a Christmas present after seeing it was going for a good price and was in stock. After a week of no notification I logged on to see that I wasn’t going to receive it until almost February despite ordering it December 3rd. I talked to a rep who claimed it said on their site it was not in stock despite the fact I was looking at the same page and it said “in stock” if I ordered from Amazon. This has happened every time I have ordered from Amazon directly in the last two years. This product was recommended to me by a friend, and it still will be purchased… just not from Amazon! I refuse to give them any more of my business since they can’t get products to me faster than people ordering from catalogs in colonial times could get products!

This blender is so loud. I can’t return it, since I purchased it back in December. Didn’t use it until recently. I guess I’ll give it to my grandmother who lives out in the country.

My mom purchased this item, because it was on sale. It looks nice, and like it can handle the job of crushing ice. Sadly it doesn’t do that at all! I tried to make smoothies several times with this machine, and each time it would leave pieces (or chunks I should say) and blocks of ice in the smoothie. Don’t buy this blender, because it is a waste of your hard earned money!

The quality of this item is terrible for the money you are paying for it. The two jars and the big one are plastic and it is not the good ome. it is very difficult to place the jars on the blades. Also it doesn’t grind or blend the smoothies or any icy drink without leaving pieces of ice and fruit visible to the eye. This was a bad investment and I regret it. If you want something better or something on your bidget just buy the normal smoothine machine for $40. I bet it will do a better job than this one. sane your money and a headache!!!!!

I bought this mainly for the ability to make single serve smoothies and milkshakes and because it offers replacement blades should one crack. It is nice to have two seperate blades so you don’t have to wash one to make another. It does not blend frozen fruit as well as my Back to Basics did and leaves chunks. It is also louder. Works well for milkshakes and kids love having their own container (with lid!).
