The product was great. However, I got double charged, and neither amazon nor the seller will credit back. I don’t think I will be purchasing from amazon again. The price is no longer a value since the double charge makes it equal to a brand new cartridge. Very disappointed on this one.

This product is sooo much cheaper than at my local stores. Thank You so much for offering this toner where the out-of-work folks can afford it.

The first prints were ok. Then I had a run of raffle tickets on card stock that was smaller than 8.5 x 11 and with slightly heavy coverage and 375 copies. I was loading about 40 sheets at a time, and everything was ok until near the end, and there was a lack of toner down the middle. Because the stock was pre-numbered I had to run them back through after removing the cartridge and shaking it to redistribute the toner. Not pretty. They do not have good register. Also, after all of that, there is a toner leak of some sort that shows up on the edge of every sheet. I guess it’s the same old story: if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

At first I was hesitant to buy a refurb toner cartridge, but the price won me over. I was very surprised to find the toner worked perfect.
I have no complaints, it works like a brand new HP toner!

I received a cartridge with a bad drum. It printed unwanted lines on nearly every page, and was useless.
