Ordered 2 from 2 different vendors… both times bottles leaked out that had to file claims. Second time FedEx file the claim themselves before even making delivery. Bottles do not have any kid of seal other than screw on cap that’s not very tight. Apparently when delivered from sea level to Colorado in the summer the bottles do arrive looking like balloons. I got my stock on the to hold me off until target pickup the platinum collection fluid…
As far as fluid works great, better than rug doctor that I used previously.

This cleaner works quite well with the new Platium carpet cleaner. Together they do a great job.

We used this in our new Hoover F8100-900 Platinum Steam Vacuum and it work great. We used the regular formula in light traffic areas. When we used this product it picked up dirt and stains that our old steam vac did not. Amazon is really one of the only places to get this product and the buy 3 get one free deal was great. Could not find locally. The only problem with this product is it is 2x more expensive than the regular cleaner for the Hoover. This is why I did not give it 5 Stars

Used on carpeting that had not been cleaned for 7 years. Carpeting looks like new and was able to remove any and all spots.

Good stuff but does not go very far. I really can not say that it is any better than the less expensive Hoover Ultra shampoo.
