The instructions were concise but, when followed, provided good results. After opening the box, there was minimal construction that required no tools other than a screwdriver. The most time spent was clearing and vacuuming the floor in preparation for cleaning! The actual Hoover-ing was most gratifying as the clear nozzle allows you to see the dirt coming up from the carpet. I liked being able to clean up and store the machine after doing just one room–unlike dragging home a large rental cleaner and feeling compelled to do the whole house.

It will not take dog pee out of the carpet.. I had make-up in the carpet as well did not work..

I have only used this cleaner once but was very impressed by the cleaning. I only have carpet in 3 bedrooms plus a large dressing area but, due to the price charged by professionals, I only need to do 2 more cleanings & it will be paid for—three more & I’m way ahead!

Works great on the stains, but very strong smelling. It only took a day or so for the odor to go away.

This is the best deep cleaning solution I’ve used. I have three dogs and care for my daughters two dogs. I also garden, so let me tell you, I have dirt and lots of paws to track it in, as well as accidents. My carpets looked great after shampooing with this product.
