I recently purchased this printer a week ago. But when Amazon recommended me that I should buy the printer, printer sleeve, and printer cartridge, I followed their recommendation because I’ve been a customer for more than 5 years and was happy with their recommendations. But when I received the printer, it already came with the same printer sleeve. So in essence, I spent over thirty dollars in this rough economy on a thing that I didn’t need.
This is unacceptable and this will greatly hinder my relationship with Amazon (have been a loyal customer for over 5 years). But with this lack of attention to detail, I doubt they really care.

My “ease of use” rating is only because of the lousy instructions and support. Great printer for my needs, but getting it installed for a Bluetooth connection was not explained well at all! I called HP which was of no help – when I say lousy support; reaching them was not the issue. They had me install and uninstall it 3 different ways that in the end were completely unnecessary; and it still didn’t work.
Now that I’ve figured it out on my own, I’m happy with it… Other reviewers say that the range is not great. I’m a sales person who works on the road, so the printer will always be in close proximity to the computer – it’s just one less cable to connect – or 2 less when on battery.
Would I buy it again? Yes
