After cancelling the original order, a new order was placed directly with the seller, who had previously sent a reply through Amazon. After 2 days seller failed to reply.

I found this product to be perfect for my home office. Excellent price, compact and lightweight. Not the fastest but, everything I need for personal use.

Really a nice product. Had no problem setting up and using (I can break a steel ball). Very good item and a good price – who can beat free shipping too!

Just got the item a week ago, thinking there’s just a few negative review and a lot positive review proves that the printer must be good. Forgetting same people were voted for Bush 2 times.:) Anyway the printer is the worst i’ve ever had, don’t get fooled by pics the phone feels like a toy phone and plastic is really bad quality if you accidentally hit it or drop something on it would be broken for sure. My printer also kept giving “out of paper” error and it started right out of box i was unable to print one single page, never encountered such thing and even being a tech savvy person i was unable to solve it. I tried to fix the problem, i’ve found HP product support page and read it, i think they must be a bunch of idiots because their advised solutions were “plug off the power cord” and “try a different another paper brand” of course they didn’t solve the problem. All the American companies has a serious problem with making something cheap yet solid. I will never buy anything from HP anymore and i don’t recommend this product to anybody. Note i am not a picky person, generally easy going, but come on, if something is not working properly even for once how can you tell anything good about it?
