The printer when I first received it all the downloads from the cd went fine. The printer went into its start up sequence properly and into its shutdown sequence fine twice. After that it has only gone through one proper shutdown sequence since Nov.9th (when I received printer) and then it only went thru that because I uninstalled and reinstalled everything and reset the power. I am working with HP to see if it can be fixed but right now it is a hassel to try to get it to start each time I want to use it. I am disappointed that I am having to go through all of this.

Company purchased and sent me a new hp h470 printer. Before I was able to print one page of text a message pops up stating the “carriage is stalled.” Our IT department could not resolve the issue over the phone so ordered a second device and had it shipped directly to my home. This device fared no better than its brother, for once again right out of the box and before a page could be printed, the same message pops up. The only silver lining in the story is HP’s tech support service which, was prompt and helpful. The solution, after 20 minutes of diagnostics, was send me a replacement. Will it be “three’s a charm” or “three strikes and you’re out,” stay tuned.

I am completely satisfied with this printer’s quality printing. The fact that I saved $100 from purchasing it through Amazon was an added bonus.

I have shopped with Amazon for quite sometime and I have had a great experience throught the third party companies. However, recently I purchased an HP Officejet H470 Mobile printer from Enter Computers. The product was shipped as an already opened and used product. The product had finger prints and I wanted this for a christmas gift. I was not going to give this particular product to someone as a christmas gift. I called the company and had a horrible time getting RMA from them as well as getting my refund back. I would never recommend anyone to purchase from Enter Computers. Amazon is a great place to shop!
