This is the worst all in one I’ve ever used. Always went with HP products but am now having some serious second thoughts. I realize that it was ‘inexpensive’ but a better word would be CHEAP! Wasn’t worth paying shipping to return so am using it as a ’spare’. Quite frankly, it doesn’t even deserve that ‘credit’. Have purchased a better product that I use regularlly.

I found a better deal (one day only) on a similar printer and returned this one to Amazon. Amazon credited my credit card with no problem.

For wireless, there are issues, I love the design and look of the print, I just wish I could print something off of it…but I can’t because I’m too busy trying to get it to hook into my WIFI. I work for a reseller and I know my clients love this product to pieces, which is why I am giving it 4 stars…

The HP Officejet J6480 All-in-One Printer is too good, but the only down side is that the scanned document creates a larger PDF file. Opened a ticket with HP but they were not able to resolve the issue because they dont have a fix for this model. The case manager requested me to return the product.

Product shipped quickly, took less than a week with free shipping. So far we have been very happy with the printer. It isn’t too loud. Print quality is good for a home inkjet. Haven’t used the other features yet.
