The items works very good. Lowest setting of dimmer is still bright, but can be turned off.
I am satisfied with the purchase.

I love this to use with my Nano! Now I hear the alarm in the morning and I’m not late for work anymore. Great for charging the nano too!

I bought this for my 12-year old son last x-mas and he still loves it. He especially likes that 1) it charges his ipod and 2) there’s a remote so he can adjust volume and turn it off from anywhere in his room. I would highly recommend it to anyone!
