It very good volume and the best I like is there’s no need for batteries. I used it with digital recorder and microphone to make a nice sound system in a small reception. In fact, I ordered another two for friends. This is very convenient outside.

Product purchased as gift for my daughter 15. Had to send the first set back to Amazon based on defective unit. Amazon customer service fantastic as usual sending a free mailer and sending new ones out even before we had mailed the defective ones back. Sound is impressive and the design is what attracted my daughter to request. We’ll have to see if the batteries for the speakers last and how the capsule mechanism holds up over time for the price.

I bought these as a mothers day present, and while they sounded decent when initially used, they started getting a lot of static after a few days and stopped playing after about a week. They shouldn’t have blown out either, since the volume was not very high. I sought out an Altec Lansing IM5 as a replacement present, which works very well.

These little speakers fit in my pocket and are perfect for my professional clowning. I work in nursing homes, assisted living and in schools doing clowning. I pod and speakers travel well in a compact space.

I attached my iPhone to these speakers and played some music. The sound quality was very bad. It was tinny and a little painful. The speakers on my laptop were better. The workmanship of the speakers was okay, though one of the speakers didn’t open and close properly. The color was very good, very rich shade of red. The size was excellent, tiny and easily transportable. But these properties are peripheral to the real job that I want a set of speakers for.
