This product is very easy to use. I’m no techie by any means and I’ve not had any problems using this product so far. I’ve only copied the video to the computer, I’ll have to see how hard it is to get them on to a disk.

Stay Away From Item. I should have listened to other reviewers. I bought this item brand new and it didn’t work at all. I had to send it in for service and they said I have to wait 35 days before I can contact them to follow up. When I called, they put me on hold forever. Service is extremely bad. They don’t even have 800 #. Again, STAY AWAY FROM THIS ITEM. BETTER YET, STAY AWAY FROM ION’S PRODUCTS. I would have give them 0 star if I had an option.

this is a priceless item to own if you have old vhs tapes that you want to keep, saving old movies or memorys to a computer and puting them on dvd is very awsome highly recommend this others!
