The digital that I have is a great way to get perfect toast. If anyone burns there toast, it’s not the toasters fault, they don’t know how to cook!

Not really happy with the unit. Was bad out of the box. Had in box for 3 months so we could not return it. Very unhappy with it.

This toaster not only works great (as expected for KitchenAid) but it’s very attractive as well. Toast comes out perfect, english muffins as well and looks really good on the counter in the kitchen. I am quite pleased with the way it works.
