I am writing this review in response to Amazon selling this printer, which Kodak says is discontinued, for well over the value of the equipment. Having priced the G610 printer dock from Kodak at Walmart (they are out of them as well) they were selling it for $79.00. The same dock not on sale at Staples sold for $159.00. So you are seriously telling me that this dock is worth more than the camera cost? I understand that you have the right to charge whatever you would like but I believe this is taking advantage of the client.

Do not waste your money on this item. Mine has never worked. It will not properly feed the photo paper, so it is basically worthless. Kodak sux.

This photo printer is junk, I have been experienceing the same problems as every other reviewer here has stated. The design is not that great, the carteridge is hell to change and the picture quality is not overly great plus this thing works only about 1% of the time and spends 99% of the time grinding, spurthing and not giving any results. Garbage.

The last printer I had I got real cheap and everytime I bought ink I could have bought a new printer. This Kodak is the best I ever have had- I think I have had about 7 so far. Easy to use, nice print, and lots of features- I also don’t mind buying ink now.
KODAK is also an American made product if that means anything-

I purchased a kodak 6000 which ate up ink cartridges before all of the photo paper was used up, and then I was stupid enough to purchase the G610 for my wife. We didn’t go thru the box of photo paper and then the paper wouldn’t feed into the printer.
We now have to manually feed the paper into the printer. Piece of junk!
